This draft legislation was prepared by abolitionists in consultation with the Foundation to Abolish Abortion. As a draft, amendments could be made to it by the General Assembly before final passage. However, any anti-abortion legislation will only gain support by abolitionists in Virginia if the five components of an abolition bill are contained in the legislation. This bill draft contains all five components.
